These terms cover your use of handoverkit.co.uk while HandoverKit is in early access. The product itself — a tool for building complete O&M / handover packs — is not yet available; this site currently offers a waitlist for early access.
What this service is, today
handoverkit.co.uk currently offers sign-up for an early access waitlist for a future product. The product described on this site — a tool that structures your certificates, drawings and product data into a complete handover pack — is not yet available. By joining the waitlist you are registering interest, not purchasing or subscribing to anything.
Joining the waitlist
Joining the founding waitlist is free. There is no charge, no payment details are required, and no purchase obligation of any kind.
Founding discount
Founding users who join the waitlist get early access when we launch, plus 50% off their first handover pack — even though the product itself is one-off pricing, not a subscription. This discount applies to the first handover pack only and is honoured at launch.
No guarantee of availability or launch date
We do not guarantee that HandoverKit will launch, that it will launch by any particular date, or that early access or the founding discount will be available in any specific form when it does. We may change, delay, or discontinue the planned product at any time before launch.
Limitation of liability
The site and waitlist are provided 'as is', at this pre-launch stage, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HandoverKit is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on the founding discount or launch expectations described here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops. If we make material changes, we will let you know in a reasonable way, such as by email or a notice on this site.
